Thanks for visiting our website and reaching out. You asked about tide pools nearby for the enjoyment of your two granddaughters. The answer is a resounding: YES– We are very close!
We are just a few steps away from a set of tide pools that have easy access from the ocean bluff trail. Along the way you and your granddaughters will pass by a harbor seal rookery where they’ll be able to observe them doing what they do best…lounging about on the rocks below.
Are your grand daughters budding naturalists? We provide a variety of books (age appropriate for young readers) on the flora and fauna of the Sonoma Coast, and especially Sea Ranch. We also offer journaling our guests’ personal journals in which they may sketch and take note of what they experienced while on holiday.
With twin 8 year old twin grandkids ourselves (boy and girl) we are ready for kids to enjoy our home too. (See our Instagram)
