An enclosed courtyard with hot tub, gas barbecue, and views to the ocean is your private outdoor getaway.
Recently renovated additions include two sliding barn doors- one opposite the new garage and the other at the main entrance- provide access to the courtyard from the front of the house. A covered breezeway connects the garage to the newly expanded deck. New decking and sliding glass door from the principal bedroom adds direct access to the courtyard.

Are you ready to rendezvous in Abalone Bay’s private courtyard with ocean vistas from the hot tub and teak chairs? Enjoy your gathering of family and friends while taking in the ocean vistas. Your dogs also enjoy a bit of a romp off leash in our enclosed courtyard.
Good Morning Stretch
Stretch out your exercise/yoga mat on our covered deck space for an early morning stretch. It’s a great way to release your day-to-day tensions, maintain your daily health routine, or even start a new one! Classes are available locally or an instructor can be arranged to work with you at the house.
Al Fresco BBQ Dining DelightÂ
Will you be the outdoor cook or the sous chef? Or perhaps you’ll be a member of the hungry throng. Either way, there’s nothing like the aroma of that secret hamburger recipe, expertly seasoned plump chicken or steak, or perhaps freshly caught fish as it mingles with the sea air. Amazing grilled vegetables charred on the BBQ is a natural accompaniment, or even a main course. Excitement rises as it sizzles on the Infrared Gas Grill Barbecue as you eagerly await your first al fresco diner at Abalone Bay.
One Last Look
After dinner you take one last walk along the ocean bluff trail to watch the sun set.
Later you recall the day’s events as you set back in the Adirondack chair. Your dog, curled by your side, his leg slightly twitching, happily dreams of the afternoon’s tail hikes. Or perhaps you hold an intimate conversation as you sit in the teak easy chairs next to the steamy hot tub.
Your gaze extends out to the ocean just a few steps away then turns back to the hot tub, your Peshtemal Turkish spa towels and Abalone Bay bathrobes draped next to it.
