Point Arena Independence Day Celebration Festivities

Plan now to celebrate America’s Independence Holiday Weekend with Street Fairs, Community Picnic, Live Music, Downtown Parade.  And of course, there’ll be fireworks!

The  City of Point Arena holds their Annual Point Arena Independence Weekend Celebration on or near the 4th of July.

Schedule of Events: Saturday July 6, 2024
4pm to 11pm
FIREWORKS FESTIVAL AT THE ARENA COVE

Come early and stay late for the Street Fair at Arena Cove.

$10 ADMISSION ~ CASH ONLY
(Cash for food and mementos as well)

PARKING & SHUTTLE INFO

Parking for the street fair and fireworks will be available at City Hall and at the Port Road parking lot behind Point Arena Gas for a $10 fee per car, cash only.
Free shuttle bus service with stops at City Hall, downtown Point Arena, Port Road parking lot and Arena Cove will run continuously from around 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.”

Port Road will be closed to through traffic and THE ROCK WALL WILL BE CLOSED.

Point Arena, located about just 15 minutes  north of The Sea Ranch, offers a delightful small town 4th of July Independence Day experience. Independence Day Events are many. Naturally they include a parade down main street. Then there’s the community block party in the harbor. Here kids and adults alike enjoy eating  cotton candy, barbecue, and dancing in the streets. Later as the sun goes down over the harbor the sky is lit up by fireworks.
