Friday Night in Mendonoma always promises a bit of fun for visitors and locals alike. Tonight was no different!
Tonight was the opening reception of the Gualala Arts Center’s Surrealism Exhibit.
And we were there!
Friday Night of Surrealism
Visitors attending the exhibit were treated to light refreshments, wine and beer as they shared their interpretations of the exhibits.

Of great fun was one of the First Place winners, “Handyman Contemplating Eternity, by Jim Vickery. Some of us recognized a hint of truth and realism in this piece. We acknowledged we have quite a number of “Honey-do’s” awaiting our husbands that could take them nigh on to eternity.
Artwork is displayed through out the Burnett Gallery & Elaine Jacob Foyer.
Here’s just a sampling of some of the work you’ll be able to enjoy for free through February 28.
Enjoy ~
