Come experience spectacular views from high atop the lighthouse under the full moon tonight, January 23!
A Howling Great Time Expected
Tonight’s tour is scheduled to coordinate with the Full Wolf Moon, so named because at this time of year, amid the cold and deep snows of midwinter, the wolf packs howled hungrily outside Native American villages.
Remember reservations are required to attend. And you’ll want to bring a guest or a loved one to toast your tour with champagne or sparkling juice in your a souvenir Lighthouse champagne flute. Light refreshments will also be provided.
Admission is $30.00 per person or $50.00 for two.

Getting to the Point Arena Lighthouse
The Lighthouse is situated on the closest point of land to the Hawaiian Islands in the Continental United States. The point is surrounded on three sides by the Pacific Ocean which keeps the area cool.
The lighthouse is located at 45500 Lighthouse Road, Point Arena.
Point Arena Lighthouse
The Point Arena tower is the only Pacific West coast lighthouse of significant height(115 feet) that you can climb to the top! Access to the lantern room provides a panoramic view of the rugged California coast and of the ocean.
What to Bring
- Your camera for those fabulous full moon photos
- Rain and wind gear
- Your imagination. Due to uncertain weather conditions, there is no guarantee that the full moon will be visible; however the event promises to be great fun!

No worries there are Nighttime Tours scheduled each month on the full moon.
Individual tickets are $30.00 each or tickets-for-two for $50.00.
